On Monday the 13th of June 2011, via the Autodesk Exchange the App Store has been officially launched. Following the highly successful Apple Store model the App Store is directly available through AutoCAD 2012 (and verticals) and provides users with an interface to locate and quickly install the most useful plug-ins (both free and commercial applications) that they find necessary in building their projects.
The App Store guarantees that only the highest quality plug-ins are available to the users, software that complies to the most strict standards and has been thoroughly tested for months by Autodesk itself.
